Skip to main content
- Click on the Statements tab, then click Create Statement.
- Select the partner from the drop-down menu, followed by the statement date and the range for the statement (set by pickup date or delivery date).
- First, select the Rate Type and add the Rate.
- Select the loads that will be added to the statement by marking the check boxes.
- Loads must be invoiced to get added to a statement.
- If there are any credits or deductions to add to the driver's or owner operator's statement, click Add Credit or Add Deduction.
- Enter a Description and an Amount.
- Repeat this process as necessary for additional deductions or credits.
- Move on to your Fuel Transactions and mark the check boxes for the fuel transactions that need to be added to the statement.
- Verify that fees or applicable discounts have been applied as necessary.
- Once completed, click Save.
