- In the top-right corner, click on your name, then Administration to verify permissions.
- To send invitations to drivers, you must have user management permissions.
- Click on your profile and view the permission section for User Management.
- If you do not see Administration permission, contact your company’s administrator.
- Open the Partners screen and select the driver you want to invite.
- Partners must be listed as Driver or Driver + Truck Owner to be set up.
- Click the Pencil icon to edit the driver’s profile and enter their Email Address.
- This will be used as their RTS Pro username.
- Click Invite Driver to Mobile App in the top-right corner.
- They will receive a registration link via email and text message.
- The driver’s status will appear in the profile as Pending Registration or Registered once setup is complete.
- Assign the driver to a load on the Loads or Dispatch screen, then click Save.
- Details will automatically send to the driver’s mobile app.
- Drivers can update trip statuses (Arrived, Departed, Delivered) and upload BOLs or other documents directly through the app.
