  1. In the top-right corner, click on your name, then Administration to verify permissions.
    • To send invitations to drivers, you must have user management permissions.
  2. Click on your profile and view the permission section for User Management.
    • If you do not see Administration permission, contact your company’s administrator.
  3. Open the Partners screen and select the driver you want to invite.
    • Partners must be listed as Driver or Driver + Truck Owner to be set up.
  4. Click the Pencil icon to edit the driver’s profile and enter their Email Address.
    • This will be used as their RTS Pro username.
  5. Click Invite Driver to Mobile App in the top-right corner.
    • They will receive a registration link via email and text message.
    • The driver’s status will appear in the profile as Pending Registration or Registered once setup is complete.
  6. Assign the driver to a load on the Loads or Dispatch screen, then click Save.
    • Details will automatically send to the driver’s mobile app.
    • Drivers can update trip statuses (Arrived, Departed, Delivered) and upload BOLs or other documents directly through the app.
