1. Click Create Load to begin.
    • The load number auto-generates in the Load Info tab but can be edited.
  2. Select a customer by searching existing partners or brokers in the Customer field.
    • The only required fields are PO Number and Amount; additional load and equipment details can be added as needed.
  3. Before saving the load, click Stops at the top of the screen.
    • This step is required for using the Dispatch functionality, generating driver statements and running IFTA Reports.
  4. When entering in the Address field, begin typing and select from the drop-down list provided by Google.
    • It’s highly recommended to select from this list rather than entering the address manually.
  5. Click Add Stop to include any additional pick-up or delivery locations and enter the details for each.
  6. After clicking Save at the bottom of the screen, the Mileage section will automatically populate.
  7. Click the Files tab to add documents such as rate confirmations, bills of lading and other load-related files.
  8. Click the Dispatch tab to view the Schedule for all assigned trips.
    • This screen can display up to three weeks in the past and two weeks into the future.
  9. Click the Trips tab to all current trips and their statuses.
  10. Click Details to view or make any necessary changes.
