- Click Create Load to begin.
- The load number auto-generates in the Load Info tab but can be edited.
- Select a customer by searching existing partners or brokers in the Customer field.
- The only required fields are PO Number and Amount; additional load and equipment details can be added as needed.
- Before saving the load, click Stops at the top of the screen.
- This step is required for using the Dispatch functionality, generating driver statements and running IFTA Reports.
- When entering in the Address field, begin typing and select from the drop-down list provided by Google.
- It’s highly recommended to select from this list rather than entering the address manually.
- Click Add Stop to include any additional pick-up or delivery locations and enter the details for each.
- After clicking Save at the bottom of the screen, the Mileage section will automatically populate.
- Click the Files tab to add documents such as rate confirmations, bills of lading and other load-related files.
- Click the Dispatch tab to view the Schedule for all assigned trips.
- This screen can display up to three weeks in the past and two weeks into the future.
- Click the Trips tab to all current trips and their statuses.
- Click Details to view or make any necessary changes.
