Having trouble logging in or staying logged in? Here are the most common causes and solutions:

Session Timeouts

For security, users are automatically signed out after:

  • Three days of no activity
  • Seven days from last login

If you’re asked to log in again, this is expected. Simply enter your credentials and MFA.

MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) Issues

If your MFA code doesn’t work:

  • Make sure the time and time zone on your device are accurate.
  • If using an authenticator app, confirm you’ve entered your one-time code correctly.
  • If SMS is your MFA method, request a new 6-digit SMS code.

If you lose access to your MFA method, contact RTS Support. 

Account Lockouts

For your security, you will be temporarily locked out after:

  • 10 incorrect password attempts, or
  • 10 incorrect MFA codes

You will remain locked out until:

  • You click the “unblock” link emailed to you, or
  • You change your password, or
  • 30 days pass since your last failed attempt.
