If the RTS Pro app feels slow, freezes or crashes, here are a few things you can try:

Clear the App Cache (Android only):

Clearing cached data can remove temporary files that cause performance issues. 

•    Go to your device settings.
•    Find RTS Pro in your apps list.
•    Tap Storage > Clear Cache.

Update the App

Make sure you’re using the latest version of RTS Pro to get up-to-date performance improvements and bug fixes. Here’s how:

•    Open the App Store or Google Play Store.
•    Search for RTS Pro.
•    Tap Update (if available).

Delete and Reinstall the App

If performance issues continue: 

•    Go to your device settings.
•    Delete/uninstall RTS Pro.
•    Reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Restart Your Physical Device

A device reboot can clear system memory and resolve conflicts that may impact app performance. If the app still crashes or feels slow after these steps, please contact RTS Support
