Saving and Planning for the Future

Loading Funds for Your Self-Funded Fuel Card
  1. In the RTS Pro My RTS dashboard, tap Manage Fuel Cards.
    1. If you do not have a payment method saved, tap Add payment card and enter your payment details. 
    2. If you do have a payment method saved, tap Add Funds and enter the amount you wish to add (up to $1,500). 
  2. Tap Add funds again at the bottom of the screen. 
  3. On the confirmation page, enter the security code from the back of your card and swipe right at the bottom of the screen.

Adding Drivers
  1. In the RTS Pro My RTS dashboard, tap More in the bottom-right of the screen.
  2. Select Manage Users from the additional menu items. 
  3. In the Add Users page, choose one or more individuals from your phone’s contacts or manually enter user details. 
  4. Use the toggles under Permissions to customize what users can see and do in RTS Pro. If you do not make changes, default permissions will be applied to the new user(s). 
  5. Tap Next and determine whether you’d like to apply the same permissions to multiple users. 
  6. Choose Yes, use same permissions or No. If you select Yes, invites will be sent. If you select No, follow the prompts to apply different permissions to different users.

Accessing STM(P) Discount Numbers in RTS Pro
  1. In the RTS Pro My RTS dashboard, tap the profile icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
  2. Here, you can see your Southern Tire Mart and Southern Tire Mart at Pilot Flying J discount numbers.
  3. When you’re at any STM(P) service center location, tap the corresponding discount number and show it to a technician upon arrival to receive exclusive discounts.
