Uploading an Invoice on Mobile

  1. In RTS Pro, tap Factoring at the bottom of the screen.
  2. In the Factoring dashboard, tap the plus sign (+) in the green circle in the bottom-right.
  3. Enter in the invoice number, customer name, PO number and invoice amount.
  4. Click the plus sign (+) in the green circle on the documents line and choose to take a photo, add a photo from your library or add a PDF from your documents.
  5. Ensure the paperwork in your image is clear, legible, well lit and includes all four corners of the page.
  6. Once all of your images have been uploaded, tap Save to save the invoice to your drafts and return to the Factoring dashboard, or select Add Another to save the invoice to your drafts and create a new invoice.
  7. When you’ve added all invoices to your drafts and you wish to submit a purchase, click Submit.
  8. From the Submit Purchase Screen, click Choose account and select the bank account. You can also choose to split your payout between multiple accounts.
  9. Swipe to submit your purchase. You will be contacted via email with updates regarding your purchase.
  10. To see your most recently submitted purchase, select Overview at the top of the Factoring dashboard.

Setting Up and Using PFJ myRewards in RTS Pro

  1. In the RTS Pro My RTS dashboard, tap myRewards Plus. 
  2. Select Log in to myRewards. When the pop-up appears, tap Continue
  3. Log in with your Pilot Flying J account credentials and agree to the Terms of Use. Tap Log In.
  4. To earn points while fueling, tap Scan Card and scan the barcode at the pump. 
  5. Tap Offers to view special offers and save any offers you would like to use. 
  6. To claim offers you have saved, tap Rewards, then tap Scan Card and present your barcode at the register. You can also use your myRewards Plus card or the phone number associated with the account to claim your saved offers.

Setting Up and Using Card Lock

  1. In the RTS Pro My RTS dashboard, select Set Up Card Lock.
  2. Tap Add Card and enter the last eight digits of your RTS fuel card number.
  3. To use your card at the pump, open the My RTS dashboard and tap Card Lock. Select the toggle to unlock your card.
  4. Once your transaction is complete, tap the toggle again to lock the card. If you do not manually relock your card, it will automatically lock after 30 minutes. 
  5. Lock and unlock your card whenever you need to; there is no limit.

Checking the Status of my Request

When you submit a request through RTS Pro, it is immediately sent to our team for processing. A request normally takes 24-48 business hours to complete. You can view your active requests in the Manage Fuel Card screen under My Requests. If you have questions about the status of an active request, please reach out to your RTS Carrier Services fuel representative directly.

Requesting a Card Transaction Report

  1. In the RTS Pro My RTS dashboard, tap Manage Fuel Cards.
  2. Under Request Options, select Card transaction report.
  3. Choose the preferred file type.
  4. Enter the date range for the report and account details. 
  5. Tap Review and submit
  6. After reviewing, tap Submit again.

Ordering Additional Fuel Cards

  1. In the RTS Pro My RTS dashboard, tap Manage Fuel Cards.

  2. Under Request Options, select Order fuel cards

  3. Enter the number of fuel cards needed and select the correct card type. 

  4. Enter the Driver ID for the cards requested. 

  5. Enter account details. 

  6. Confirm the shipping address and tap Review and submit

  7. Tap Submit again once everything is reviewed.

How to Avoid Fuel Card Fraud

During the last few years, scammers have capitalized on the rising fuel costs. The trucking industry is not immune to this problem, as fuel card customers have become popular targets for attacks. Tactics include people pretending to be an employee of your fuel card company or scamming your information right at the pump.
